Fuuled Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fuuled, a fuel delivery service operating in the Florida Panhandle and expanding to additional areas. By using our website or mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

Customers must create an account to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Deletion does not affect any payments already due.

3. Services

Fuuled sells and delivers fuel directly to customers.
The Service is currently available in the Florida Panhandle. We are actively expanding to additional areas.
Fuuled reserves the right to modify delivery areas at any time.

4. Membership and Subscription Fees

Customers may select a monthly or annual membership subscription, billed upfront.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not provide a refund for fees already paid.

5. Fuel Delivery and Payment

Fuel is billed immediately after delivery.
If a payment method declines, we may send an invoice via email for payment.
All sales are final once delivery is completed.

6. Scheduling and Force Majeure

Fuuled strives to meet all scheduled deliveries.
In the event of severe weather, mechanical failures, fuel shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control, we may reschedule deliveries and will make reasonable efforts to notify customers.
Fuuled is not liable for delays or inability to deliver under these circumstances.

7. Liability Limitation

Fuuled is not responsible for damages resulting from use of the delivered fuel, including engine damage, leaks, or spills, except where prohibited by law.
Customers use the Service at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuuled’s total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Service in the six months prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and the Fuuled name, is the property of Fuuled and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Fuuled” is a trademark of Fuuled and may not be used without prior written permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, create fraudulent orders, attempt to bypass payment, or engage in illegal or harmful activities.
Fuuled reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, in response to violations.

10. Personal Use Only

Fuel purchased through the Service is for personal use only and not for resale or wholesale distribution via the platform.

11. Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications, including invoices, receipts, updates, and notices.

12. Termination

Fuuled may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations for payments already incurred.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Arbitration will take place in Florida, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with proper jurisdiction.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.fuuled.com/privacy-policy.

16. Modifications to Terms

Fuuled may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
