What is Fuuled For Home?Fuuled is a mobile gas station. Fuuled delivers gasoline directly to your personal vehicle(s), golf carts, and more. Right to your home when you sleep! No more late night, last minute, or dirty gas stations! Simply download our app, create your profile & never go to the gas station again.

How does it work?Just sign up using our Fuuled app! From there, create your customer profile, and we’ll start delivering gasoline straight to your vehicle. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a push notification asking you to accept or deny delivery from Fuuled. Make your selection, open your fuel door, and leave the rest to us! One of our highly trained and qualified technicians will deliver your gasoline directly to your vehicle.

Where is Fuuled For Home available?Fuul For Home is available in most of Bay County, FL and eastern Walton County, FL. Visit the Delivery Areas page for a map of our current and upcoming delivery areas. Download our app to see if your zip code has been added to our delivery area.

How much does Fuuled For Home cost?Fuuled charges a membership fee PLUS gasoline. Memberships are billed monthly at $24.95 per month and cover every vehicle in your driveway PLUS Fuul For Fun delivery requests will have all delivery fees waived.

How much does Fuuled charge for a gallon of fuel?Sometimes lower, sometimes higher, but always fair! We get it, no one likes paying for gas. We might not beat your local club store prices, but we often offer better prices than other local stations. If we’re ever higher than the average price, it’s usually just by 5-10 cents. You can always check our current prices on our app.

How much can I save with Fuuled?Depending on your location, you could actually save on your gas with delivery! For example, if you’re in west PCB or 30A, our prices are more comparable to Panama City’s market, which often means savings for you. We crush marina prices for boats & save our fleet clients $$$ on lost labor hours.

How do I select my delivery days?Based on your address, you will be assigned two nights a week for your fuel deliveries. Think of it like your trash pickup service. You will receive a push notification to remind you of your delivery day. We deliver fuel to your vehicle overnight. We fill up your tank directly in your driveway, so you can wake up and start your day with a full tank and worry free morning

How is the gasoline dispensed?Fuuled uses very similar equipment to your local gas station. The pumps, meters, and hoses all perform in the same way. The only difference is ours is on a truck. Our trucks and equipment are held to a higher standard than that of gas station. That's our promise to you!

How does Fuuled gain access for my fuel fill?Our delivery technicians will open your fuel door just as you would if you were pumping your gasoline at the station. IF YOUR FUEL DOOR LOCKS, open your fuel door before locking your vehicle for the technician to gain access! If your fuel door is locked, you may not receive fuel is we cannot gain access.

Where should I park my car?Your vehicle should be parked in an open space, on a solid surface, with the fuel door left ajar (if it locks). Ideally, on your driveway within 75 feet of the road. If your vehicle is more than 75 ft away from the road, we may need to back our truck onto your property to reach your vehicle. Our technicians cannot complete your fill if your vehicle is parked in an enclosed space without proper airflow. Some garages/carports may be serviceable, please contact us to schedule a site visit. Serviceability will be determined solely at our discretion.

What time will Fuuled fill my tank?Fuul For Home deliveries start after dark and run overnight while your vehicle is parked at home. We offer two convenient delivery days to allow your vehicle to be serviced without inconveniencing your schedule.

What is the reward for referring my friends?Every time someone signs up using the code you sent them; you get a free months’ membership credit ($24.95). You will receive the credit on your account once they accept their first delivery. There is no limit to the number of free months that you can receive. Tell all of your friends and see if you can get a full year’s worth free!

How do I refer my friends?Under the menu on the app, select the “Refer A Friend” page. Type in your friends’ email and you’re done. For every friend you refer that signs up, we will credit your account $24.95.

How do I cancel my membership?You can cancel your membership at any time. There is no time-period obligation on you. You must cancel before your recurring billing date to avoid the next membership installment fee. To cancel your membership, visit the "Membership Plan" section in your app, click on the membership you wish to cancel, confirm your cancellations, and that's it.

What if I accidentally selected to have gasoline delivered and don't need Fuuled? Is there a charge?You can cancel any previously accepted Fuul For Home delivery up until 5 PM on your delivery day. There is no penalty for canceling before this time. However, you will be unable to cancel your delivery after the route has been created within our system at 5 PM. If our technician arrives at your location and your vehicle is not there, or your fuel door is inaccessible, you will be charged the minimum service fee of $5.

How do I pay?After signing up for an account on the app, go to the "Payment" section to input your credit card information. Your credit card will save to your profile and will only be charged after each service for the gasoline that you have received. Neither Fuuled or its' technicians have access to your credit card information. Through our innovative systems, the dispensed fuel will be measured, and your credit card will be charged without human input, making Fuuled the most accurate and safe billing system in the industry. Your membership will be billed every 30 or 365 days (dependent upon your selected plan) after your initial selection, in the same manner.

My gas tank is half full. Will you still fill it?Whether it’s one gallon or ten, we will make sure your tank is full. We have a minimum charge of $5.00 per accepted stop. If you accept for Fuul and your tank only needs $2.50 worth of gasoline, you will be charged the minimum of $5.00.

I live on a dirt road; can Fuuled deliver to me?Our Fuul trucks prefer to stay on paved surfaces, however, in some instances, we can deliver on hard-packed sand/dirt/gravel roads. This will be determined solely at our discretion. If you are unsure whether or not we will deliver to your road, please contact us for a site visit.

Is Fuuled safe?The safety of you, your vehicle(s), your property, and Fuuled’s technicians is of utmost importance. Safety is always first! Our technicians have been extensively trained and are certified to run the Fuuled trucks. All delivery technicians carry a state issued CDL with HAZMAT and tank truck endorsements. They also undergo state required physicals, drug testing and additional HAZMAT training. Fuuled provides additional safety training for all technicians throughout the year. Each truck must undergo a thorough inspection before each route begins and at intervals throughout the delivery to ensure the safety of everyone around. In the event a truck would not pass an inspection for any reason, that truck will be taken out of service until all issues have been repaired. Fuuled’s tanks, pumps, meters, and other equipment are designed and fitted to meet and exceed Department of Transportation, Department of Agriculture, the State of Florida and the federal governments strict guidelines. All the equipment has been inspected and approved by the proper agencies and must pass periodic inspections as time goes on. All Fuuled trucks are also equipped with emergency stop systems, properly rated fire extinguisher(s) and technicians are properly trained in their use should their use be necessary.

What would cause Fuuled to not deliver on my scheduled day?Fuuled will deliver in most weather circumstances, unless the weather becomes too dangerous (high winds, lightning strikes, hail, etc.) for our technicians and/or customers. In those instances, we will cancel delivery until your next scheduled route. We have twice-weekly routes, so rest assured you are only a few days away from your next scheduled delivery.

How do I know when my fuel has been delivered?After your delivery is complete, you will receive an email with a receipt detailing your delivery. You can find a history of past deliveries, along with their details, under the "Delivery Schedule" tab in the app. Click on any past delivery day, then click which vehicle you would like to view, and view your receipt.

What types of fuel does Fuuled For Home offer?Fuul For Home currently delivers unleaded regular (87 octane) and unleaded premium (93 octane) gasoline. Both fuels contain up to 10% ethanol to meet federal regulations. Fuuled does not recommend specific fuel types for your vehicle. Fuuled suggests following all manufacturer recommendations.

How do I schedule my deliveries?1.) On your delivery day, you'll receive a notification from our app reminding you of your scheduled delivery for that evening. 2.) If you need fuel, simply choose "Accept" for each vehicle on your account. If not, choose "Deny". 3.) Respond by 5 PM on your delivery day. If you don't select an option, it will automatically default to "Denied".

What is Fuuled For Work?Fuuled is a mobile gas station. Fuuled delivers gasoline directly to your fleet of vehicles, during their downtime, so your employees never have to stop at the gas station again.

How do I start?Please contact us at 850-851-8900 or admin@fuuled.com. To create your account, we will need a fleet list and delivery address(es). We'll handle it all and make it easy for you! Once your account is created and deliveries are started, all you need to do is sit back, relax, and stop worrying about your fleet fueling.

How much does Fuuled For Work cost?Fuuled charges a membership fee PLUS gasoline. Fuuled For Work memberships start at $16.95 per month per vehicle. How do I pay?After we setup your account, we will send you a login to add your preferred credit/debit card to your account. Each truck will be equipped with a barcode and will be charged at the time of service. You will receive a receipt detailing each delivery. Neither Fuuled or its' technicians have access to your credit card information. Through our innovative systems, the dispensed fuel will be measured, and your credit card will be charged without human input, making Fuuled the most accurate and safe billing system in the industry. Your membership will be billed every 30 days in the same manner.

Do you accept fleet cards?Ideally, we can eliminate the need for your fleets cards. We only require ONE credit/debit card to be kept on file. No more stacks of fleet cards to manage or lose.

How do I select my delivery days?Based on your address, you will be assigned two nights a week for your fuel deliveries. Think of it like your trash pickup service. We deliver fuel to your fleet overnight. We fill up your tank from our truck to yours. Start the day with a full tanks and head straight to the first job. If you fleet requires more than 2 deliveries per week, we can build a schedule that works for you. If your fleet drives home, each truck will be assigned a delivery day, depending on their location.

Some of my fleet only used X gallons, will you still fill it?Yes! We mark tires to ensure we aren't filling already full tanks, but we will fill anything that has moved. There is no minimum per stop or truck. Every vehicle will be filled, ready to go for the next morning.

How far can your hose reach?Currently, we have the capabilities to reach 300ft from the back of our Fuul trucks. We will back as far a directed and/or as far as safely possible. We will not drive onto soft, wet, or lose soil, dirt, or sand. Fuuled is not responsible for any damage caused by customer directed access.

What types of fuel does Fuuled For Fun offer?Fuuled For Fun currently has 3 different fuel options to choose from. 1.) Regular 87 (10% ethanol) 2.) Premium 93 (10% ethanol) 3.) Non Ethanol 89 (0% ethanol) Fuuled does not recommend specific fuel types for your vehicle. Fuuled suggests following all manufacturer recommendations.

Is there a gallon minimum?Yes. Our minimums are determined by county and are as follows. Bay County: 25 gallons Gulf County: 50 gallons Walton County: 50 gallons Okaloosa County: 100 gallons If your tank does not hold the minimum gallon requirement, you will be charged the difference.

Is there a delivery charge?Yes, however, if you take delivery of the required amount, or if you have a Fuul For Home membership, this fee will be waived. The delivery fees and the gallon requirements for no fees are as follows. Bay County: $14.95 / 150 gallons Gulf County: $19.95 / 200 gallons Walton County: $19.95 / 200 gallons Okaloosa County: $24.95 / 300 gallons

Do I have to be present for delivery?No. If you are able to be present, great! If not, we will fill you tanks and make sure you are ready to go. We will email you a payment link or charge your on file credit card once completed.

How do I pay?With Fuuled For Fun, there is a few options. If you are present, you can pay with a credit/debit card, cash, or we will email you a payment link. If you are not present, we will email you a payment link, or we can charge an on-file credit card. If you have a Fuul For Home membership, we will charge your on file card via an installed barcode.

Where does my boat need to be?Your boat/jet ski only needs to be within 300ft of our truck. It can be on a lift, in the water, or on a trailer. If your boat/jet ski is on a lift, the lift must be properly rated to hold your boat/jet ski when it is fully loaded. Fuuled is not responsible for damage caused by improperly rated lifts. It is your responsibility to verify your lift capacity and boat/jet ski weight.

How much notice do I need to give for a delivery?The more, the better. Fuuled prefers 24+ hours. In some instances, we may be able to accommodate requests with less notice.

How do I select my delivery day?On your request form, you will be able to select a day that works best for you. Some areas have limited availability.

What time will Fuuled fill my tank?Fuul For Fun deliveries start around 8AM and go until 5PM, Monday- Friday. If necessary, we will coordinate a time range for you to be present. In the event we are running late, we will ensure you are given proper notifications.

How much does Fuuled charge for a gallon of fuel?Fuuled is almost always cheaper than the marina! Versus the station, sometimes lower, sometimes higher, but always fair. Our prices, like your local stations, change very frequently. You can always check our current prices on our app or on our Fuul For Fun webpage. Fuul For Home/Fuul For Work prices do not reflect Fuul For Fun prices.

How much can I save with Fuuled?Versus the marina, our customers can see upwards of $1.00/gallon savings! Each case is different and depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to, location and fuel type. Savings are not guaranteed.
